Windmill Pacific LLC was established in 2018 by Greg Phelan and James Rietkerk when they saw the need for a full-service company to address the needs of agricultural land owners in developing new and specialized crops on the Central Coast of California.

Greg’s extensive background in ranch development and his lifelong relationships with the agricultural community coupled with James’ agronomic expertise created a unique opportunity to secure large scale management contracts during the initial start-up phase of Windmill Pacific LLC.
